• The SILVER PACK includes the bronze pack and a choice of the following options:
• “Performing well” -> meet a national coach or a sports performance expert
• “Living well together -> Take part in our masterclass on either “Ethics & Integrity” or “Disability”.
• “Sleep well -> meet an expert in sleep, healthy living and sport
• the GOLD PACK, which includes the bronze and silver packs and a meeting with an Olympic or world medallist
• the 3 MEDALS PACK which includes the 3 packs and a meeting with a national coach and challenge an Olympic or world medallist
