          💬 Answer:

Environmental protection is at the heart of our decision-making. In this context, we are taking all necessary steps to :

          • Create conditions conducive to the settlement of wild flora and fauna. The CREPS has LPO accreditation and works with Talence Biodiversité,
          • Renounce chemicals (or reduce them as much as possible),
          • Reduce our impact on the environment (by making reasonable use of natural resources). For over 20 years, the CREPS has been recovering rainwater to water its grassed sports facilities (rugby pitch, soccer pitch, archery field) and BMX facilities,
          • Reduce waste by sorting and recycling bio-waste,
          • Optimize the daily mobility of our staff.

The restaurant is committed to an environmental approach, offering fresh, “home-made” products and a responsible food offer of 70%, including at least 28% organic, 26% sustainable and quality products, and 1.1% fair trade.
